I have had money not deposited into my Acct by ATM, it was replaced but, I was told it would take a month to clear the claim. I couldn't find out about any transaction over phone because I couldn't remember last amount of anything from the Acct, was charged 9 plus dollars for just one stack of checks, charged to ask for balance from ATM! Can't cash a check unless u have that amount in Acct
I am always impressed when I walk into this branch. They have always treated me with such great personal attention EVERY time I walk in the door. I highly recommend this bank and branch.
