This new store has so many beautiful things!
I just had the worst experience of my life at this home goods The manager is an extreme racist who refused to honor my receipt and give me my cash back for items I paid cash for. He said that he was tired of "YOU PEOPLE" and said that he didn't care what my receipt said. I was forced to take in store credit even though my receipt said cash. I paid for an Uber just to get to this store just to get humiliated. IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR PLEASE BEWARE OF THE STORE MANAGER BECAUSE HE IS AN EXTREMELY RACIST MAN AND HE WILL LET YOU KNOW THAT HE IS. A Caucasian woman and her husband refused to do business with home goods after watching this manager in action. Please do not go to this new location, I smell a lawsuit or class action suit coming in the near future
I found HomeGoods to be a great place to shop with unique items and good prices. Better than that GREAT
My items were stolen from me by the manager after racially profiling me because I went to use the bathroom before walking directly to the counter, when I tried to exchange some items I purchased. Even though the cameras PROVE that I didn't touch or steal anything I am still out of almost 200 dollars and feel further frustrated because of how I was treated at this store. Horrible customer service skills, and racially insensitive
